Power Up! Workshop
Power Up! is a  pilot program for children that reinforces the importance of self-esteem and empowerment. It will consist of some fun skits and stories, as well as music and movement, the goal is to give the kids the opportunity to discover what it means to have power and how they would/could use their power to change the world.  It is about kids speaking up for their rights and ideas, realizing that their ideas do matter and that they are heard.  The kids’ ideas will then come to life, in a planned musical performance on empowerment, scheduled for early June. (The date is TBA)

Brio is partnering with One Stage Productions in Belmont, Lynch Elementary School and Lincoln Elementary School with this pilot program.  The first workshop took place at Lynch Elementary School on February 14th and the next workshop will take place on March 28th.
