On April 1st, artists and dancers Alice Heller and Roseanne Russell will lead a Nia class to benefit Brio! Nia is the total body fitness experience that dynamically blends dance, martial arts & healing arts, inviting you to move your body, your way. Great music will make you want to shake, sway and dance like nobody is watching!
The class will take place at Crawford Memorial Church in Winchester from 11:15 AM to 12:30 PM
Rosanne Russell is a Nia Black Belt Instructor and Nia White Belt Trainer who teaches Nia in Woburn, Cambridge, Reading & Wakefield.

Alice Heller is a Nia Blue Belt teacher, as well as an African and children’s dance teacher who works in the Cambridge and Lincoln area. She has been a guest artist for our popular West African Drumming and Dance workshops, Theatre for the All like Griot, storyteller to Hip Hop performed at The Next Door Theater, Haya performed at the Cambridge MultiCultural Center and for the variety show Spectacularis at the Burlington High School.
