On January 14, Brio partnered with The Transformative Arts, a group coming to us from Maine, in a workshop entitled: The Power of Inclusion: Building Character and Community through the Expressive Arts. This intergenerational and diverse workshop used the expressive arts to provide effective strategies and techniques to prevent bullying. We had 30 participants from Winchester, Woburn, Bedford, Weymouth, Lexington, and Roslindale. The program took place at The Unitarian Church in Winchester and was sponsored by the John and Mary Murphy Educational Foundation.
